  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.

  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master cobblers inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
