Once you place your order online, you will receive a shipping label via email. Simply pack your boots securely and drop them off at any authorized courier location.
What is the typical turnaround time for a repair?
Most standard repairs, such as resoling or heel replacement, take between 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive your footwear.
Do you use original manufacturer materials?
We stock a wide range of premium materials, including official Vibram soles and high-grade leathers, to ensure your boots are restored to their original quality and performance.
Can you repair boots that have been damaged by water or salt?
Yes, we offer specialized deep cleaning and conditioning treatments specifically designed to remove salt stains and restore moisture to dried-out leather.
What happens if my boots cannot be repaired?
If our master cobblers determine that your boots are beyond repair, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund of the service cost, minus return shipping.
Is there a warranty on the repair work?
We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a 6-month warranty on all stitching and sole attachments to give you peace of mind with every step.
